'Tis I, popping in just under the weekend wire to let you know I’ll be in Dallas from August 29th to September 3rd.
The A-Lyst—my site’s private mailing list—is the compass informing my rare travel plans. When I asked its members where I should go at the end of August, the answer came back clear: Texas wants me. Exact dates are still in motion, but here’s what I do know:
I’m shooting with Black Lotus on August 30th, and my 29th and 31st are spoken for. How long I’ll stay? That is still unfolding, and is partially dependent on whether anyone tempts me back to Chicago early.
But I’m excited, and if you’re in Dallas, you should be too.

And yes, I know. It’s been a while since I’ve sent you anything of substance. I owe you more than a tour announcement and a hypnotic song, and you will soon be paid.
